about
I wrote FUML as a way to say "F* you" to the part of my brain that likes to hold onto negative memories. Sometimes, these memories hold us back from growing out of old habits. And I can only speak for myself, but I don't want to be stuck in those ways forever. This song is for anyone who wants to get past a similar feeling.
lyrics
All this time, two years
Down the line, your baggage
Still f***s me over
Now that I’m old
Thought I was wise
But still here we are
You put up all of these walls
And now I, I can’t let him in
At last, the cupid’s arrow has found me
And there you are
To f*** up my life again
In my head, you were dead
To the new me. But turns out
You’re still hangin’ around
Can’t escape time
I don’t ask why
Just wanna move on
But you put up all of these walls
And now I, I can’t let him in
At last, the cupid’s arrow has found me
And there you are
To f*** up my life again
You f***ed up my life again…
Just wanna move on…
But you put up all of these walls
And now I, I can’t let him in
At last, the cupid’s arrow has found me
And there you are
To f*** up my life again
You f***ed up my life again…
